What is ingrown toenail?
Ingrown toenail is a very common condition in Singapore. It occurs when the side or corner of the nail grows and cut into the soft flesh of the toe.
How do I know if I have ingrown toenail?
It causes pain, swelling, redness and sometimes an infection. If your toe is infected you may notice yellowish discharge and sometimes even fever.
What causes ingrown toenail?
- Tight footwear, especially those that presses on the toenail
- Cutting your toenails too short or not cutting your toenails straight across
- Previous injury to your toenails
- Being born with very curved toenails
This workshop is open for the public for the very first time!
Previously it has been kept behind closed doors to be practiced only by mental health professionals only in Singapore. Participants in those workshops report high levels of satisfaction in their relationships after the workshops.
And now, we are going to share the love with the public for the very first time.
“Loneliness is pervasive in our society. In fact, it has come to be described as a public health issue. Even when living in cities, surrounded by people, people are feeling more and more lonely and isolated. This is something that has occurred progressively as we become more disconnected from each other through work, travel or simply not enough time.” —- Professor Emma Waddington, Clinical Psychologist

Are you feeling tired from your crying baby?
You are not alone! It is common to struggle with helping your baby sleep. You might even feel like you are a “lousy parent”. The nights of poor sleep accumulate into a large sleep debt that starts to put a strain on your own life and sometimes your marital relationship as well.
