Dr Emma Waddington has 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. Emma has a Ph.D. in Psychology and a MSc. in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). She is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the British Health Professions Council and is a chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She is also accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist by the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists)
She worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) psychotherapist in UK local services, hospitals and in the private sector.
Emma has primarily worked with children and families to help them overcome emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, anger management and behavioural difficulties.
Emma also teaches at the psychology department at National University Singapore as an adjunct assistant professor, in addition to her heavy clinical duties.
